| If you are the parent or guardian of a young person who wishes to attend a Clifton Parish youth event or group (including the groups during the Sunday morning service) please ensure that the leaders have an up to date General Consent Form. You will then simply need to fill in a specific form for each event / group your child wishes to attend thereafter. | ||
