Frequently Ask Questions
Yes, but if you wish to use it for food preparation and cooking or use the dishwasher you need to add it to the booking form as an extra. If, however, you only want to use it for preparing drinks and hand wash cups/mugs/glasses that is included in the room rental, but please let us know so we can check the kitchen isn’t already being used.
For one-off events: we suggest that you pay at least a week before the event if paying online, or when you come to collect the key if by cash. To secure larger bookings an initial deposit may be required. For regular events: we usually ask for at least 4 weeks payments in advance.
This will be organised through the Church Office once you have paid for the room booking.
Yes, please book an extra room to house the bouncy castle unless it is small enough to fit in the room hired for the party.
Yes Outside Caterers are welcome. Please check with your caterers whether they need use of the kitchen and if so please add it to your room booking form with relevant timings.
